About us
About NI Builders
A Kathmandu construction and project management company, built to turn good designs into well-built buildings.
N.I. Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a construction and project management company based in Banasthali, Kathmandu. We build residential, commercial and institutional projects — most of them designed by our sister studio, National Interior.
As both builders and consultants, we look after the whole construction lifecycle: estimates and tendering, approvals, site supervision, execution and quality assurance. Our team includes structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical engineers, so technical questions on site are answered by the people responsible for them.
We also deliver civil construction work on development and infrastructure projects, bringing the same discipline to public work as we do to family homes.

A message from our Managing Director
NI Builders was founded on a simple belief: great design and strong execution belong together. Too many good drawings lose their quality on site. We set out to close that gap.
Every project we take on is a commitment to quality, collaboration and trust. We work with a clear focus — to deliver excellence through teamwork, to keep every step transparent from estimate to handover, and to build long-term relationships with our clients through reliability and results.
Construction in Nepal is changing. Today it is as much about managing projects well, staying accountable and building safely as it is about bricks and concrete. Our team of engineers and construction professionals works to get every detail right, because every structure we build carries our name.
Thank you for considering NI Builders. Together, let's build a stronger, safer Nepal.
